This three-story, two-bedroom + one studio architectural masterpiece is located on one of San Miguel’s most iconic streets, offering breathtaking views of Centro. The home was designed by Pedro Alvarado, the architect responsible for the recent renovation of the botanical gardens “El Charco del Ingenio”. The design of the house revolves around a stunning Jacaranda tree, which is located in the center courtyard. The asymmetrical shape of the tree has influenced the form and layout of the house, creating intimate spaces and emphasizing a simple and sustainable lifestyle.
