A fixer-upper with lots of potential in Villa de los Frailes.

Casita Vista Hermosa is a traditional Mexican-style cottage with brick vault ceilings and everything on one level. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a carport and a service patio.

A small garden welcomes you at the front, and the main garden is a really good size, with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors, plant, or expand in the future.

The house needs work, and that is the opportunity. It is a great fit for someone who wants to renovate and make a home of their own, or for an investor looking for value in a quiet, established neighborhood.
