The dining and living rooms feature beautiful hand-painted and stenciled clay-tile ceilings with hummingbird and swallow patterns created by the owners.

Professional Kitchen: The kitchen features a classic Boveda ceiling, three deep sinks, two dishwashers, and sealed polished concrete countertops. A half kitchen island can be lowered specifically for wheelchair use.

Primary Suite Wing: The main bedroom features a completely separate living area with its own private patio, a Juliet balcony, and two fireplaces. It also includes a private patio equipped with a very large custom cantera stone tub and an outdoor shower.

Guest Accommodations: The main floor guest bedroom features Juliet balconies, beautiful garden views, and a large bathroom with an open shower and a deep soaking tub designed for two.
