Ranchito Tierra y Cielo is a thoughtfully improved off-grid campo compound that blends the warmth and craftsmanship of Mexico with the timeless style of Santa Fe. Built in 2022 and set on 1.27 hectares just fifteen minutes from the heart of San Miguel de Allende, it operates entirely off-grid, with each structure on its own dedicated solar system, a private well on independent solar, and full infrastructure already in place.

The compound is organized around three key living structures, offering true autonomy for owners, guests, and staff: two independent main houses and a fully private caretaker's cottage, each with its own dedicated solar system and independent access.
