Jael Menendez brings more than twelve years of luxury hospitality leadership to her work as a Real Estate Advisor with The Agency San Miguel. Her career took her to celebrated five-star hotels across three continents, where she led teams and guest relations, building a reputation for warmth, precision, and genuinely personalized service.

Later returned home to Mexico and moved to San Miguel de Allende, where she has now lived for more than ten years, going on to lead hotel operations locally and later run her own business. That same relationship-first instinct led her into real estate, where she now helps clients, especially foreign buyers navigating a new market and culture, find a place where they truly feel at home. Fluent in English in addition to her native Spanish, and other languages, she brings a genuinely international perspective backed by deep local roots.

She lives in San Miguel de Allende with her husband and their two children. A devoted dog lover and supporter of local animal rescue, Jael also stays active and has a longtime interest in sports, fashion and art.
