Wow! We were in the best possible hands with Adriana Calderon. She invested a tremendous amount of time with us for months before we arrived in San Miguel de Allende, working to help us clarify what we were looking for in a second home. She took us on a full day of showings upon our arrival, and she pivoted effortlessly when we changed our minds about what we were really looking for in a home. In only six days we were under contract on the perfect home for us! But that's not all. Adriana shepherded us through a maze of paperwork with which we, as U.S. citizens, were completely unfamiliar with, and every step of the way she made sure that our very limited command of Spanish wasn't an obstacle. She also generously agreed to serve as our power of attorney for the final inspection and the closing. Adriana and her team at The Agency (with a special shout-out to Alejandra Castro) set a new standard of excellence for real estate services! We would give her 10 stars if we could.
