A HUGE shout out to realty agents Adriana Calderon and The Agency of San Miguel. After our house had been on the market for over a year, we asked 3 real estate agencies one question: “what do we need to do to sell our house in 90 days?”. Two focused on slashing the price. But Adriana brought in experts who recommended several physical changes and fixups, but no changes to asking price. The recommended changes were “spot on” - we had more showings in the two months following those changes than we had the entire previous year. One of them was the “right” buyer. The contract was signed 3 days later, after a master class on how to prepare for and conduct a 2nd-look showing. Along with The Agency's knowledgeable support staff, these agents navigated the paperwork and other proof required for a glitch-free closing. And it was—less than three weeks after contract!
