San Miguel Seller Review

I had the good fortune to have Ruben Valerio and Don Flood of The Agency San Miguel recommended to me as listing agents to sell my home. From the initial contact through the closing process, they were attentive and responsive. The initial meeting was easy, we agreed on price and approach quickly, and they scheduled a photographer to photograph the home. Within 24 hours, even before the photographer could arrive, they suggested another client drive by the home, after which a showing was scheduled, and a day later, an offer presented followed by a signed contract a day later. I'm reasonably certain not every transaction goes this quickly, but due to their rapid response, the home was sold and closed within a month. Every step of the way they led the charge, offered assurances, knowledge, and sage advice for both me and the buyer. It was a smooth process and any issues were quickly and adeptly solved. To top it off, they are simply two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, friends you'll want for life......100% recommend!
